    • Determine<\/span>\u00a0resource requirements and work allocation for production operation.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4><\/li>

    • Coordinate and plan production priorities,\u00a0<\/span>workflow<\/span>\u00a0and schedule as per the Production manager instructions<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/h4><\/li>

    • Optimize production operations to meet quality and performance standards.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4><\/li>

    • Create &\u00a0<\/span>p<\/span>ublish Operational MIS for\u00a0<\/span>m<\/span>anagement &\u00a0<\/span>o<\/span>ther stakeholders as per the agreed KPIs.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4><\/li>

    • Identify<\/span>\u00a0and report operational and maintenance problems to prevent production delays.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4><\/li>

    • Supervising and managing the KRAs of the Supervisors and generate regular performance report for the management.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4><\/li>

    • Monitor routine inspection and maintenance of production equipment to prevent equipment break-downs and malfunctioning.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4><\/li>

    • Monitor &\u00a0<\/span>maintain<\/span>\u00a0standard operating procedures and best practices for production operations.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4><\/li>

    • Ensure that all equipment,\u00a0<\/span>materials<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out production processes.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4><\/li>

    • Address employee concerns and complaints in professional manner.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4><\/li>
