Our well-trained CAD/CAM experts assist various dental partners around the globe to create and transition to highly accurate digital workflows without them having to invest in expensive new processes and equipment or maintain an in-house design team. We work all around the clock, so that dental clients can focus on their core business.

Responsible For
Planning, managing, and executing production operations.
Determine resource requirements and work allocation for production operation.
Coordinate and plan production priorities, workflow and schedule as per the Production manager instructions.
Optimize production operations to meet quality and performance standards.
Create & publish Operational MIS for management & other stakeholders as per the agreed KPIs.
Identify and report operational and maintenance problems to prevent production delays.
Supervising and managing the KRAs of the Supervisors and generate regular performance report for the management.
Monitor routine inspection and maintenance of production equipment to prevent equipment break-downs and malfunctioning.
Monitor & maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for production operations.
Ensure that all equipment, materials, and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out production processes.
Address employee concerns and complaints in professional manner.
Assist in interviewing and hiring new employees.
Ensure safety measures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards.

Experience Requirements
Knowledge
Knows proven techniques for Production Planning, Production Management and Inventory Management.
MBA in Operations or Equivalent Degree related to operations.
Postgraduate/ B.E from a reputed college.
Six sigma Black belt/TQM/ ASQ-Lean management.
Experience
Min. 5 years of Experience.
Demonstrated operation setup, capacity building, and vendor management.
